Identity Verification Grace Period

Hello I have problems with the ID's accepted for identity verification. My last and fastest resort on getting an ID that is accepted is via the NBI clearance. The problem now is that I need to verify my account by May 28,2021 and another thing is that there was a lockdown implemented on our area and I cant get an NBI clearance right away but I have an appointment on Monday May 31 as I have already applied thru online registration. 

Would you guys be able to give me a grace period until June 2 at least?
