Clearing cache and cookies, as well as trying to log in on another browser does not work. Obviously this is an administrative error, not a matter of browser storage. Please fix this.

Checked with the team and the issue with the name on your bank account has now been resolved. You'll still need to verify your bank account by entering two small amounts you got on your statement when you added the bank account to your Upwork account.
I'm having issues verifying my name on the withdrawal method because of the same reasoning as this thread's respondants. Can I please recieve some assistance?

Hi, I have the same question. I'm non-binary and haven't used my dead name in years. I've actually avoided using Upwork because I see my legal name every time. I just tried to change my name earlier, and it's under review. I'm really glad I found this thread and am pleased to see the response.
The name that's visible now is my dead name.
