I verified my location, but my deadname is on my account again. I think my customer support agent may have misunderstood what I wanted to do and suggested I try changing my name through the account settings. That's how I wound up here in the first place. So now I need help changing back to my use-name. I'm not angry about it, just a little turned around. I'd just like to get to work as soon as possible.
