Identity Verification and Utility bill

I just noticed that the last name on my profile isn’t the correct one. It shows “X” instead of my last name. I changed it and still subject for verification. I added a bank account as payment method but was declined because of name mismatched. I can submit IDs, however I don’t have any utility bill under my name. What should I do?
