I have been asked to verify my identity by October 15. Does the verification process require from all Upwork freelancers or only those who don't pay monthly membership?

Please know that verification processes are not meant to discriminate users who are not a paid membership, as all users on the platform will be required to go through certain verification processes. This is to ensure the security of the marketplace.
