Identity card issue

Hello, I'm new on upwork althought I got my account activated in april but I started working on it properly from october and compeleted my first job and client has submitted amount to but for withdrawal process I need to submit my Id card that I don't have right now but photo copy of my original id card, I have miscplaced my id card it's been 8-9 months and haven't issued for new as it takes long process and i don't time to go to government center for that, now i want to verify myself and withdraw amount please suggest me what is the solution?

At the moment you don`t have to finish any verifications, once this is needed our team will reach out to you with detailed instructions via ticket.
