Identity verification Problem

Durting the identity verification process following error message appears for last two days, 

"We are sorry! We are experiencing a technical problem and cannot process your request right now. Please try again in a minute."

 

If not completed in 7 days the account will be temp. blocked, don't know how to proceed further?
