Identity verification?!

I went through identity verification last night through video call and the guy from Upwork who's name is **Edited for Community Guidelines**said that everything should be fine now.... I also submitted my photo ID on my Upwork. What's wrong with me? Why am I still not verified and cannot continue sending proposals? Also it says that my Upwork account will get suspended in 5 days if I dont get it verified.Why
