Identity verification

Hi there!

I'm Mahmudul Hasan is new to Upwork. I created my Upwork account for over 6 years ago but it was inactive. Now, I have decided to active my account but there I have faced some problems when I went to get my account for verification. There is no option I found for identity verification. But, I saw the option in my friend's Upwork account but its absence in my account. Please, help me how would I able to verify my account.

You don't have any jobs, that's why. No reason to verify identity on someone with no activity and no jobs.
