If Bill H. is the current Featured Contributor, shouldn't Randy S. be removed as such?

No offense intended whatsoever towards Randy S.; but if Bill H. is the current Featured Contributor, shouldn't Randy S. be removed as such?  Both are shown on my screen as being Featured Contributors.
