If I haven't been paid anything and cancel a contract, can the client leave a review?

A client is being sketchy and it just isn't worth my time. I accepted the offer already but I haven't done any work or been paid anything. If i end the contract, will the client be able to leave a review? Will it impact my rating?

Yes, it will generally count as an unsuccessfull contract and affect your metrics accordingly.
