Will his account be suspended on Upwork just as it happens when the client's weekly hourly payment gets declined for the same reason? After how many days of trying? Does that mean the client will be unable to use Upwork to pay his other contractors before he clears this payment?
Just trying to understand what are my chances to get that bonus 🙂 if the client will be locked out of Upwork before he pays that those are fairly high chances, i know he hires many contractors.
