Important Certifications Missing

I am starting to face a big problem with Upwork these days. Upwork has a list of good certifications that people can add in their profile if eligible. People can also add custom certifications if their certification is missing in the list. Its was all perfect for the "Software Development/IT" category until few years back.

Now the technology has been changed a lot, and if you look at the upwork job listings, you can see that the higest paid jobs are in the areas like "DevOps" and "Cloud". Sadly, these new and highly valuable certifications are not yet listed by Upwork. It makes things complicated for clients and highly skilled freelancers. Based on the job trend in Upwork, below certifications are a must have. Only the first one is available in Upwork

1) AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate

2) Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

3) Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

4) Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)

5) HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate

You can suggest a certification that's not on the list and the team reviews suggestions and updates the list based on the demand from time to time. However, we won't be able to provide information for when your suggestion will be added.

Thank you very much. I understand what you are telling. My intention here is to notify Upwork about these.

It is high time that we include these certifications in the list. Because, as you know that the technolegies in IT industry varies a lot, and we should keep updating the list accordingly.

The certification list is really outdated now, and I would be more than happy if you could bring this to the upwork team.
