In Ubuntu Upwork App Not Working

Hello Experts,

In my ubuntu upwork app are not working.

Here below are screenshot of my ubuntu configuration and issue.

I am having an issue with my screenshot app. I have lost over 3 hours of work that Upwork has no record of. There is no evidence that it is being cached either. Funny thing though, this is only happening on the computer I'm currently working on. It's not doing it with another one of my clients that is being tracked on another computer.

It is taking screenshots but those screenshots and the times are not being recorded. It worked fine last night on a different computer.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it is doing the same thing. I will have to manually enter my time which I do NOT like to do. Please look into this please.
