In connects history, I can see 120 connects, but cannot use

Hi guys, I have one freelancer profile under an agency profile(Basic). I am checking the connects history, I can see the balance is 120 connects, but while placing bids, I can not use any of them, and the balance is showing as 0 connects. Why is such? Do I need to upgrade to agency plus to use any of the 120 connects balance. Please let me know.

Hi Srijit,

Since you're an exclusive member of the agency you can only use the Connects from the agency pool to send proposals. You will also need to upgrade the agency membership plan to our Plus plan in order to be able to send proposals.
