In need of a valid tax number for European tax declaration

I searched for almost 3 hours but I havent found any answer.

I talked to my business advisor and in order to declare the amount received by Upwork I'll need to create an invoice, and in order to do that I will need:

VAT (or equivalent) number

Name of the company
Fiscal ddress and city
