Inactive Account, Can't Login

Hey, I'm trying to access an account I created forever ago (very similar email to this account) but I'm told it is inactive and to contact support. I searched around on the forums for an answers and most of them say to PM a certain moderator for help but when I attempt to message them I get "You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action." so I am unable to do so.

Any help?
