Inactive Contract Automatically End

Hello Mates, I have a contract which ended automatically due to inactivity.

Will this work my JSS?

& Did Upwork closes the Live Chat Support for the Top Rated Freelancers as well?

What do you need Chat Support for?

I can't disclose here, Just want to know if it is still available or not!

Chat support is available.

But actual availability of chat agents varies. Due to volume of use, time of day, day of week, and who you are (client, top rated, new freelancer, etc.) live chat may not be available.
