Hello Upwork Experts,
I seek your wise counsel in this matter:
I have an hourly client (with a good payment method), who is not very communicative. I worked on the first project, submitted it and he liked it. Subsequently he went ghost/MIA when I tried to get the next project started (he needed to give me access to their resource).
After two weeks, he came back, apologized and said he still wanted me to work on some things for him. He promised to get back to me about this second project. However, it's been about a week and a half since, and he has gone ghost again.
Questions: Does my job success score suffer with this hourly contract that I am not billing on over these past weeks? Should I end the contract or stay put?
I thank you very much for your advice.
Sincerely,
Sophia.

Absolutely not.

It doesn't matter either way. I would give it several weeks before even thinking about it.
