I've been on the platform for a few years and lost my top-rated status several months ago, probably 6 or so.
Fast forward to now. I've been inactive on the platform for about four months, with a new job in the last couple of weeks, and a few more since. My JSS is 100%, my earnings are over $2000, no account holds, etc. Can I assume it is my inactivity that is causing my Top-Rated Elligible weeks to read at 0? Is there any way to see our "rolling 16 week" period stats so we can see where we are sitting?
Thanks!

Hi Shannon,
The Top Rated Eligible Weeks metric keeps track of your progress looking at the last 16 weeks as a rolling window. Please check out this help article which shows how it is calculated. Thanks!

Hi Shannon,
You need to maintain at least 90% for 13 of the last 16 weeks. Since you've been inactive for quite some time, this could have affected your eligible weeks. You can also refer to this thread for discussions about top rated eligible weeks. Thanks!
