Incomplete Connects

i just read about the connects and realised that as you sign up one gets 10 connects complimentary. However, my profile shows that i only have 4 connects. Would like to understand the reason for this and how I can avail the remaining connects to start with.

I checked and it looks like you've already used some of your Connects. Please check your Reports > Connects History for more details.
