Incorrect Verified Surname

Good morning Upwork,

After completing some work and checking my profile, l have found that my verified surname has been incorrectly set by Upwork in the verification process. My profile name is correct,  but the verified name on all documents has been set to 'Paul Coor' instead of 'Paul Cook'. Can this please be corrected to the correct surname of 'Paul Cook', as per my profile, so l can be paid. Please see attached.
