Incorrent username when logging in.

Hi! I have been using upwork for quite some time and just a while ago I have been logged out of my account and when I try to sign in, it says "incorrent username". This happens both when trying to login using my username and email. I've also tried using the app and website but it says the same thing. I hope you can help in restoring my account. Thanks.
