Inquiry about payment

Hello, 

I have requested a payment of my funds more than 10 days ago but I haven't received them in my bank account yet.

I wanted to know if this is related to the fact that my funds are lower than $100 and if not could someone help me track my payment.

Are you refering to your withdrawal from January 7th? If not, could you please confirm the date of the withdrawal. Thank you.

That's 4 business days. If it has still not arrived after 8 business days ( on Friday) you can contact Support.
