Instant Pay Taking Long

Hello!

I withdrew funds via instant pay on August 13th and they still have my not arrived in my bank. The last time I used instant pay it took over 9 hours to cover through,
I do not have issues getting instant transfers from any other sources besides Upwork, This issue is new for me.
