Intermediary companies on Upwork

Hello!

Do you know if there any companies (agencies) on Upwork that act as an intermediary and find and suggest jobs to others? For example, for software development jobs. 

Would be glad to learn any useful info on that matter.

You have an agency. That's what agencies are there for. They act as an intermediary and find jobs for their agency members and take money for doing so.

Do you mean there should be yet another layer between client and the person doing the work taking yet another chunk of the money the client pays, other than Upwork and the agency?

How would anyone benefit from that?
