Interview buttons missing?

I've received an interview for a job yesterday, but the Accept / Decline / Refer a freelancer buttons are missing. I've never had such a problem before. Those buttons are also missing on other jobs that I haven't decided yet.

I've been waiting for over 7 hours so far for an answer in Upwork's support chat but there's only bots there, so I'm describing the problem here to see if anyone knows how to fix it or is there another way to contact them.

Try this route: Find work>Proposals>Invitations>Click on an invitation from there

Thanks. As a suggestion to Upwork, it would be nice to make it clear in the interview screen that the job is closed instead of just removing the buttons.
