If a job reads too good to be true (health benefits etc.), it usually is.

While it's not against UpWork ToS to communicate with clients outside of Upwork, Google Hangouts is often used by clients who also intend to take payments outside of Upwork and that's a serious violation. We'll have the job and the client you are referring to reviewed as soon as possible.
