Intigration a payment system in an android app

I offered a job to intigrate a payment method called PayStack in an android app. But while conversation with my client Upwork shows a warning few times that it is illegal stop this and go on bla bla.
But it is not payment outside Upwork. Its a payment method intigration in an android app. What I do now? May I continue to this job or I should left this job?
