Invalid Account Number

Good day.

I have tried two times already to withdraw my earnings to my bank account. But after waiting for days, I received an email saying "Your payment has been rejected". The cause stated was invalid account number but I'm sure I entered the correct information. Can someone please help me solve this problem?
