Invalid VAT ID Number

I keep submitting my VAT ID number but it keeps getting reject and appearing as invalid, but I just checked on VIES and it is perfectly fine, can you please do something about this issue? 

I've attached both the email from UpWork stating it wasn't approved as well as the proof that VIES says it is fine.
