Invalid account number

After waiting to get my payment transfer request for a couple of days, I finally received an email that said “Invalid account number”. I’ve double-checked my account number and there was nothing wrong. How do I solve that problem?

Hi,

Failed payment to local bank account, reason is "invalid account number"

I double checked everything, my bank details are correct.
