How a new verified freelancer get invitation on weekly basis?

If someone can't get any proposal invitation then what should he need to change? (Setting or any thing else)

Please reply in this way that all those who didn't receive invitation get benefit from this post if anyone know about this?

There is no way to get invitation on weekly basis, you get invitation when client invite you to offer proposal. There are multiple ways to get invites like Good Feedback, Job Success Score above 90%, Good Profile etc.
