Invitation to Interview Notifications Missing

Hello!

I recently received two Invite to Interview notifications on my phone in the last 24 hours. However, when I went to Upwork to view them, I found the first one missing from my notifications, and I did not receive an email about it--although the other one I did receive an email about and was in my notifications but only as a past notification, which I could not click on.

Luckily, I can access both of them through my Proposals. 

Is there something in my settings I should change? Or do you think this is just a one-time glitch?
