Invitations not matched to my skills!

Hello Everyone

It has been a while and has no job at Upwork, even lost much money here already!

Somehow I am getting an invitation once in a month and sometimes no invitations, but each time I am getting an invitation which doesn't match my skills, for the example last three invitations I received are as stats below.

1. Invitation to Interview for Hindi Longplay Project 2019
2. Invitation to Interview for: ***Forex Traders***
3 Invitation to Interview for Quora Strategist (This one is by Talent Specialist from Upwork)

Now if someone will visit my profile & get to know that I am not offering voice/forex trading/Quora Strategist services or similar to those.

Please, anyone, help me to know why this happening with me? Or someone also experiencing such kind of issue?

You have invested in your business, not lost money.

Invitation issue happens to everyone.
Often invitations (by Talent Specialist or ones from clients) aren't appealing.
Sometimes it happens that it's just the right thing.

Not much to do about it.

You're right I invested in my business but at the wrong place, I wasted around $1500 in the past 12-15 months without getting any contract, I got some from my repeated clients, not a new one. Even hiring percentage at Upwork going down by each day, many fake jobs are be posted by clients & I already found the discussion here that peoples are complaining about this!

Regarding invitations, maybe all have been receiving wrong invitations but that means none on this platform is reading profile & that makes sense fakeness.

Yes, I invested $1500 at Upwork without getting any new contract, I renewed my monthly membership, I bought many connect to get new contract for my agency, but in return, no new contract, only fake jobs are here! I am not about to demotivating anyone here, but this is what I am experiencing since15 months!

That does sound like an exceptionally poor investment.

That is not true. There are plenty of real, well paying jobs. You are seemingly just not winning them.

In the same time I have been working full time and bought 0 connects to date...
