Hi,

I am from Poland. Recently I started making money on Upwork. My accountant told me that i have to send an invoice to the client or to Upwork after a weekly payment I guess.

Is it true that i need to send an invoice to Upwork or to the client. If Upwork doesnt want an invoice from me, can you provide an upwork email address where I can send those invoices anyway?

Is there paragraph in the agreement that says something about creating invoice by up work on my behalf? My accountant says that invoicing on my behalf can be done in Poland only in the specific circumstances and asks me if I sign an agreement about that
