Invoices in Italy. Please - how?

Hi there,

I'm having a lot of issues with invoices. My usual format of course doesn't work, Upwork's neither, and now it's been 5 months I'm working on Upwork without being able of providing an invoice that's correct for my country. Here's on the forum there's nothing that can help; there are some threads, but nothing that's easy to understand without a visual example. Do you think it's possible for a fellow Italian freelancer that's experienced with Upwork to provide a sample of the invoice we should provide? (of course, with all the personal info blurred)

I think it could be very useful to have something to look at. I don't have anyone to ask, Upwork won't help (I tried and they know nothing about Italian invoices, of course) and I can't continue working here if I'm unable to provide invoices.
