Irresponsible clients

Because of irresponsible clients who don't know how to work, utmostly nonprofessionals with payment methods not verified.

They need four or weeks days to even look at your work, who do not answer on your messages and they don't want to collaborate. Some of them don't want to close a job and give any kind of feedback for my work.

Because of them, Upwork punished me with taking my job success score down from 100% to 89% I was top rated yesterday!

Sorry, I'm not a clairvoyant an I can't know what kind of client is hiring me because we know very little about them!

I sincerely considering to close this account, because It is offensive to all designers, to the designer's real talent and skills. It is offensive to my profession and to me as a human being!

 Follow Petra's advice.  But also, if you want more work on Upwork, please, please take that rant away from your overview. It is unprofessional and will put off genuine clients. I know you are mad at one of your clients, but your overview as it stands does not do you any favours. Don't lower yourself to the same level as this client.

 If you lost top rated status during this last update last Sunday and know which contract did the damage, you have the perk available to remove one contract from the JSS calculation - but you need to do it asap because you only have 14 days from.

Could a mod please explain why Petra's second post (following mine) and another post were removed? Or is it just a glitch and I can't see them?

I beg to differ. I don't think Anamarija's complaint is unprofessional. She didn't call anybody names. Her post would not stop me from hiring her.

Cedric her complaint is not unprofessional,  but her overview is or was. I hope she has changed it. You would not find this sort of amateur rant on a LinkedIn profile, for example.

 

And it's Nichola, not Nicola.

I am new here. I worked with 3 clients so far. 

 

One gave me a 5-star review. 

 

One abandoned the project in mid way. 

 

One said he approved my submittion. I don't think he did, because the fund is still in review.

Unfortunately your not eligible for this, only Top Rated freelancers can use this perk to remove a contract from the JSS calculation.

Yeah, it's unfair to be only side responsible for success of communication and work. And odd.
