Is Faster Payment Policy Changed?

Hello,

 

As a top rated freelancer, i get my hourly weekly payment on each Friday. However, this is first time my payment is pending under review. My client has confirmed that there is no issue from her end including weekly billing processing. 

Is the faster payment policy on Upwork changed? 

It would be really great if anyone from support can look into this.

This just means that the client's payment method was not successfully charged at the first attempt on Monday.

When that happens, the funds are not released early, and you have to wait until Wednesday as per the normal billing cycle.

It's not "pending under review" - it's in Pending as it would usually be if you weren't top rated.
