Is doing a free trial with a watermark considered against TOS?

If a client asked me to do a free trial. I made it but I put my logo or my name on it. so, he can't then use it. Is this still considered free work which is against TOS and putting my account at the risk of deleting?

Doing free work is not a violation of the terms of service.

Clients are not allowed to ask for free work, but there is nothing that forbids freelancers to do free work.

That said, it's not usually advised because it teaches clients to ask for it.
