Hi, I haven't provided a feedback on my client yet after a certain finished contract and seems to me that this Client already gave a feedback to me but it's still hidden. Can other Clients/Employers see that feedback (hidden) if ever I will be submitting a new proposal? Is that feedback hidden only to us freelancers or to the "Other" Clients as well? I intend to not display the feedback as of this moment. Thanks!
The Upwork feedback system is double-blind. This means that the other user cannot see the feedback you left them until after they have left feedback for you (or vice versa), or until the 14-day feedback period expires. At that point your feedback will become visible in your contract. Please check this link for details.
