This is ridiculous. What the hell has happened to Upwork?
Seems like nowadays Upwork is just concerned about its own profit. No invitations, no profile views, and now we can clearly see the business with the boosted proposals too.
I remember back in 2019-2020, used to get a great number of responses to the proposals I send, and used to get at least 10-15 invitations per month, but it's been months since I get a real work invitation. Even not getting anything with the proposal, and we can see people are spending huge numbers, for the first 3 boosted positions. And no matter How much connects I spend (of course more than 10 connects) always get outbid.

I'm a Top rated freelancer but seems like the badges are doing nothing. Upwork should remove the badges 😑

and If this continues, unfortunately, will have to stop giving my services here and try different platforms. Upwork is nothing like it was 4-5 years ago.
