Is it against the ToS to proofread an adult dating website?

Just now I applied to proofread a website. The client replied to me, asking if I was okay with 'Adult dating content'.

I suppose this won't be allowed, but I am not entirely sure. It's only proofreading that I will be needing to do. Could someone give me advice on whether I should work for them? If it's not allowed, I won't be doing it.

Upwork does not specify the type of content freelancers can proofread. Upwork does not see what you're proofreading so that's entirely left to your conscience.

ANY work on anything that can be deemed "adult" is not allowed as per the terms of service.
