Is it against the rules to ask to remove feedback if you do the weekly refund?

Worked for a cilent for two weeks. Week 1 - all good. Week 2 - suddenly something changes, client closes the contract and leaves bad feedback before saying anything to me.

Can I suggest him to "delete" week 2? Like I give a refund for it and he is deleting the feedback?

It is my understanding you have to remove all the revenue you received on a project in order for the client's public feedback on the closed project to be removed from your profile.

You cannot do anything to remove a client's private feedback unless you are a Top Rated freelancer.

So you have to decide - are you willing to give up your entire earnings on the project just to get rid of the client's feedback?
