Is it fine if i set up billing method with my brother's credit card?

I just tried to send bid proposal to a new job but i couldn't do it due to zero connection.

So, i decided to upgrade membership to get new connections.

And did it using my brother's credit card as my credit card has expired about 1 week ago. Is this fine?
