Is it my profile good enough? How to be invited to projects?

Hello,

I am applying for too many jobs and I am quite selective about proposals. But even for that I cannot get any profile views or jobs for 40 days. And maybe it will be really cool to be invited to some jobs. Also please review my profile, I am open to any critics and suggestions.
