Is it okay to Invite my Clients to Upwork even if I am not Top-Rated, yet?
Hello,
Is it allowed that I send my profile link to my clients from outside inviting them to send their future jobs to me inside Upwork knowing that I am not a top-rated? I might offer a discount to encourage them!
I feel I need to do this in order to build my reputation on Upwork. What's Upwork's policy about that?
