Is it possible to get a Top Rated badge if my Financial account was hold before (not account hold)?

Hi everyone, I hope you and your family are doing well.

I just got a Rising Talent badge and I was motivated to get a Top Rated badge in the near future.

But my financial account was hold before and in upwork Terms of Policy, I saw that the getting a Top Rate Badge is not possible if my account has holidng experience.

Financial account holding is same as account holding?

Please let me know about that.

Hi Yazan,

Looks like there is no recent account hold noted on your My Stats page. Once you meet all of the requirements for becoming Top Rated, it will be awarded on your profile in up to 48 hours.
