Of course it is "possible" but not for everyone.
There are plenty people who bill well over $ 1000 a week every week.
There are also people who fail to bill $ 10 a month.
And everything in between. Obviously people with a higher rate, higher number of hours per week, more clients will earn significantly more than those with few clients and lower rates.
Neither scenario means a lot to you personally because every situation is different, every freelancer has different skills and different abilities to sell their skills.
Allowing for time to submit proposals, interview, etc., you'd have to consistently work 65-70 hours/week at your rate to brush the bottom edge of four figures in a month. Even a relatively small increase in your rate would improve your odds tremendously.
