Is it still safe to provide the customer with an email?

I have been working on Upwork for 3 years and recently received a policy update that states it is forbidden to share any contact details before signing the contract. But what if a customer wants to send a calendar link to schedule a call and needs my email for that? Thanks for the reply.

You are free to use a scheduling tool that does not require the sharing of contact information. You may also use Upwork Messages to discuss and set up an interview. You might also want to check out this help article. Thank you.
